USCIS Responses to Annual Reports to Congress

By statute, the CIS Ombudsman is required to issue an Annual Report to Congress no later than June 30th of each calendar year. This report provides USCIS with an opportunity to reflect on recent successes and to review areas of operation for improvement. USCIS carefully reviews each recommendation and topic of discussion in the annual report and provides a response. Links to USCIS’s responses are provided below:
