U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Decision on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

USCIS is complying with the July 16^th order from the U.S. District Court in Texas.  The order does not affect DACA for individuals who have an existing DACA grant. SAVE will continue to verify DACA recipients, including the DACA extension that SAVE announced earlier this year.
