Temporary Protected Status for Venezuela
Friday, Oct. 27, 2023, 1–2 p.m. Eastern
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in an engagement on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuela on Friday, Oct. 27 from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern. This event will be conducted in Spanish. USCIS is hosting this session as part of a series of outreach activities in Spanish, to ensure applicants and interested parties are familiar with the processes for TPS for Venezuela and for employment authorization.
During this engagement, USCIS will provide an overview of:
-
The extension of TPS and redesignation of Venezuela for TPS;
-
How to submit supporting evidence for your TPS application; and
-
How to request a fee waiver.
We will then hold a question-and-answer session in Spanish. We will not address case-specific questions, questions outside the scope of the engagement, or issues under active litigation.
If you missed our first engagement in this series on how to apply for TPS online, we have posted the video to our YouTube channel.
