USCIS Processing Times Webpage Redesign
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a webinar on May 12 from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern. During this webinar, USCIS representatives will give an overview of recent updates to the way we communicate estimated processing times. We will also respond to questions. While we are actively working to reduce processing times, this webinar will focus solely on the updates to the way processing times are displayed on our website.
On May 5, 2022, USCIS announced display changes to the current Processing Times Webpage, new Frequently Asked Questions page, and the revised More Information About Case Processing Times webpage, formerly the Case Processing Times webpage.
The updated More Information About Case Processing Times webpage provides information on how to:
- Find information needed to use the processing times webpage;
- Read and interpret the processing times on the website; and
- Understand how to use the case inquiry tool.
Your feedback matters, and this session will provide a forum for USCIS to hear from you directly on whether our new processing times webpage and case inquiry tools make it easier for the public, applicants, and petitioners to understand the meaning of USCIS processing times. We will host additional public engagements in the future. We also encourage the public to provide feedback at ProcessingTimesFeedback@uscis.dhs.gov.
