Introduction to the H-2A Temporary Agricultural Workers Program

During this webinar, representatives from USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State provided an overview of the H-2A temporary agricultural workers program.

The H-2A program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary agricultural jobs.
