Meeting with DACA Stakeholders on Customer Service Issues
USCIS met with DACA stakeholders to follow up on customer service issues related to DACA renewal filings, after a session hosted by Director Rodriguez on October 28, 2016.
During the meeting, USCIS provided an overview of customer service tools and mechanisms to submit an inquiry about a DACA renewal case. This included a summary of the process to create online accounts and how to submit case status inquiries (electronically through myUSCIS and by telephone via the National Customer Service Center); as well as a synopsis of the service request process and how a customer or representative can escalate a case inquiry with USCIS.
