H-2B Nonimmigrant Visa Classification

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a teleconference listening session on Thursday, May 25, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., to provide feedback on the H-2B nonimmigrant visa classification. We are interested in your feedback on the fiscal year 2017 omnibus appropriations legislation and, in particular, the impact that any potential increase in the number of H-2B workers may have on U.S. workers.
