U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Decision on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
USCIS is complying with the July 16th order from the U.S. District Court in Texas. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients with a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD), including an EAD that has been automatically extended, are still permitted to work.
