U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder
engagement on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the
agency’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program.
During this engagement, representatives from the USCIS Enterprise Services Directorate’s National
Records Center provided a program overview and suggested ideas for how requestors can better
assist USCIS in processing requests. We did also discuss recent and future enhancements, and seeked
feedback on our FOIA process.
