Napolitano, No. 10 CV 2029 (E.D.N.Y), was filed in federal court for the Eastern District of New York, challenging U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS) re-openings and denials of refugee /asylee Form I-730 petitions when the relative of the Petitioner (the Beneficiary) was unable to appear at the U.S. Consulate or Embassy for an interview.
