On April 11, 2013, The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Verification and Documentation Liaison Committee met with the USCIS Verification Division in Washington, DC to discuss recent updates to the E-Verify and SAVE programs - notably the release of the new Form I-9 and M-274. The information below provides a review of the questions submitted by AILA and the responses provided by USCIS Verification Division.
