The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Texas Service Center (TSC) hosted a seminar for congressional staff members on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. This seminar provided an opportunity for twenty-nine staffers from 21 different congressional offices across the country to meet with USCIS officials to discuss a variety of topics. Representatives from TSC leadership took the opportunity to speak to the group and addressed several of their questions. Following the engagement, USCIS offered a tour of the records building, which houses files and immigrant visa packets that are processed at TSC.
