On July 28, 2011, the Service Center Operations Directorate and the California Service Center (CSC) invited interested parties to participate in a Religious Workers Stakeholder Engagement. USCIS discussed issues related to the religious worker program including but not limited to RFEs, processing times, and on-site inspections. The information below provides a review of the questions discussed and the responses provided by USCIS.
