U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a national webinar on Wednesday, May 4, from 2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern) regarding updates made to USCIS online tools.
During this engagement, we provided an overview of new resources added to myUSCIS, reviewed our other online customer service tools, including “Emma,” our virtual assistant on uscis.gov and sought your feedback.
USCIS staff was available to demonstrate the new features and answer your questions.
