USCIS Officer Assists in Critically Ill Girl's Adoption Journey
Recently, "The Today Show" featured the story of Ed and Ann Bartlinski and their adopted daughter Teresa. Teresa was born in China with a congenital heart defect that threatens her life. When parents Ed and Ann made the decision to adopt Teresa, USCIS Officer Cindy Jones worked to get her quickly approved and on her way to the Bartlinski home in Maryland, where she hopes to have a life-saving heart transplant in the near future.
