USCIS Jackson Office Temporarily Closes
JACKSON, Ms. – The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Jackson office located in the Dr. A.H. McCoy Federal Building at 100 West Capitol Street remains closed today and likely for the rest of the week due to a burst water main pipe. Everyone who was scheduled for fingerprinting or other biometrics this week should come to the office once it reopens, and they will be processed without an appointment. For those with INFOPASS appointments, please schedule a new appointment.
The USCIS Jackson office provides immigration services and benefits.
If you plan to visit a USCIS office, please call the USCIS Contact Center: 1-800-375-5283 to ensure the office is open for business and for further instructions on rescheduling your appointment if the office is closed.
