On October 22, 2015, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) met with USCIS’s International Operations (IO) Division to discuss issues related to waivers of inadmissibility, international adoptions, international filing of I-130 petitions, parole, biometrics, I-407s and IO’s operations.
