USCIS Idea Community
Promoting Change through Online Collaboration
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is using a new online tool, called the USCIS Idea Community, to ask for your ideas and opinions on the services that we provide. The USCIS Idea Community is based on IdeaScale, an easy-to-use online platform for collecting opinions and ideas. This is known as online crowdsourcing and it is rapidly becoming a standard way for organizations to gain a deeper insight into communities and customer needs.
We encourage you to become a part of the USCIS Idea Community. To join the conversation, all you need is an active email address. You’ll be able to create your own custom profile, comment on existing ideas, vote on ideas, or submit your own idea for discussion.
