U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Alejandro Mayorkas (USCIS) invited you to join a panel discussion with the USCIS Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) Tactical Team. The team shared their accomplishments and lessons learned from the first phase of the EIR initiative and outlined plans for continued efforts and engagement with the entrepreneurial community.
The work of the EIR Tactical Team has led to a greater understanding within USCIS of the characteristics and challenges of immigrant entrepreneurs, informed USCIS’s thinking on policies and practices relevant to this community, and engaged agency talent in an unprecedented way.
