On March 29, 2012, USCIS hosted an engagement with AILA representatives. USCIS discussed issues related to the Preponderance of the Evidence Standard, L-1B Adjudications, AAO Issues, Stakeholder/Customer Service concerns, as well as other issues. The information below provides a review of the questions solicited by AILA and the responses provided by USCIS.
