Update to Form I-612, Application for Waiver of the Foreign Residence Requirement (under Section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as Amended). New edition dated 06/22/2015. (On Sept. 24, 2015, USCIS will accept only 06/22/2015 edition. USCIS will not accept the 2/28/13 or other previous editions on or after Sept. 24, 2015.) The edition date can be found at the bottom of every page on the Form and Instructions.
