USCIS invited law enforcement officials and prosecuting agencies to a webinar on T and U visas for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. T and U visas can be granted to eligible victims if they show they are willing to help law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of the crime. This webinar was intended for law enforcement and prosecuting agencies. Representatives from our Office of Policy and Strategy and the Vermont Service Center provided an overview of:
