T and U Visas for Victims of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Other Serious Crimes
USCIS invited law enforcement officials and prosecuting agencies to a webinar on T and U visas for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. T and U visas can be granted to eligible victims if they show they are willing to help law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of the crime.
