U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder
webinar on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. (Eastern) to demonstrate how the
new document library functionality works.
In response to stakeholder feedback, USCIS added a document library to facilitate submission of
Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur. (PDF) The USCIS ELIS Document Library allows
regional centers to provide existing investors in new commercial enterprises with electronic copies
of documents regarding their investments, including organizational, transactional, and offering
documents. EB-5 immigrant investors can access electronic copies of documents regarding their
investment, attest that the documents are true and accurate copies and supplement their electronic
or paper-based Form I-526 petition with documents stored in the document library.
