Service Center Operations Monthly Stakeholder Teleconference

The USCIS Service Center Operations Directorate invited interested stakeholders to participate in the next Monthly Stakeholder Teleconference scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm Eastern Time. These engagements presented an opportunity for stakeholders to receive current information from service center officials on particular topics of interest. The California Service Center hosted the September teleconference with assistance from the Vermont Service Center.
The topic for this teleconference was the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (Humanitarian Relief) and addressed issues including I-360 Conversion for Surviving Spouse, Section 204(l) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Humanitarian Reinstatement and Requests for Expeditious Adjudication.
