U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited current and prospective civil surgeons to participate in a webinar on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 1 to 2 p.m. (Eastern) to review vaccination requirements.
Officials from USCIS and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided a general overview of the vaccination requirements for documentation in Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
More information for civil surgeons can be found at www.uscis.gov/civilsurgeons. This website has been updated to include guidance on the gonorrhea component of Form I-693 as well as presentations used in previous sessions of this seminar series.
