U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder webinar on Thursday, Feb. 18, from 1 to 2 p.m. (Eastern) that will provide a basic immigration overview for currently designated and prospective civil surgeons.
Officials from USCIS and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided a general overview of Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record and Form I-910, Request for Civil Surgeon Designation, and answered any questions relating to these forms.
