U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015 from 4 to 5 p.m. (Eastern). USCIS officials discussed USCIS’ efforts to secure the return of certain three-year employment authorization documents (EADs) that were issued or re-mailed to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients AFTER a Feb.16, 2015, court order in Texas v. United States, No. B-14-254 (S.D. Tex.).
