U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern). USCIS officials discussed USCIS’ efforts to secure the return of certain three-year employment authorization documents (EADs) that were issued or re-mailed to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients AFTER a February 16, 2015 court order in Texas v. United States, No. B-14-254 (S.D. Tex.).
