U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to a national stakeholder engagement on Wed., March 9, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss how to protect yourself and your community from immigration scams.
In support of National Consumer Protection Week, we provided an overview and updates on our Avoid Scams Initiative. Other federal agencies discussed their efforts to combat immigration services scams and provide relevant updates.
There was a question and answer session after the discussion. Stakeholders were encouraged to share feedback on outreach materials and ways to better combat immigration services scams.
