On February 18, 2011, the USCIS Field Operations Directorate and the Office of Public Engagement invited interested parties to participate in a teleconference and webinar to review changes to the revised N-648 (Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions) form and instructions.
The N-648 form and instructions were recently revised based on past dialogue with medical professionals and other stakeholders. During this session, USCIS provided an overview of the changes to the form and instructions and answered questions from participants.
