Immigration Relief for Victims of Human Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes - February 19, 2014
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited interested members of the law enforcement community to participate in a webinar training session on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the various relief options available to victims of human trafficking and other serious crimes.
During this training subject matter experts from the USCIS Vermont Service Center and Office of Policy and Strategy provided an overview of the T and U visa. In addition, USCIS highlighted the role and responsibilities of law enforcement officials as it pertains to the T and U visa certification process. USCIS officials were available to answer your questions at the conclusion of the presentation.
