U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a teleconference on Wednesday, June 29, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. regarding the H-2A and H-2B nonimmigrant visa classifications.
The first half focused on the H-2A classification for temporary agricultural workers. The second half focused on the H-2B classification for temporary non-agricultural workers.
USCIS officials provided brief overviews of each program and highlighted recent updates, then answered the non-case specific questions submitted in advance.
