U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Tuesday, Sept. 1, from 1 to 2 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss recent changes made to Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
USCIS officials provided a general overview of Form I-693, outlined the changes and additions made to the form, and answered any questions.
