For Customers Affected by Southern California Fires

Individuals who were scheduled to be naturalized at citizenship ceremonies in San Diego and Chula Vistaon October 24, 2007, have had their ceremonies rescheduled for Wednesday, November 14. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) automatically rescheduled citizenship ceremonies due to the massive Southern California fires at the end of October, and sent notices to citizenship candidates for tomorrow’s ceremony.
Anyone who was scheduled for Wednesday, October 24 at Golden Hall in San Diegoor at the Chula Vista Field Office is advised to present themselves along with their October notice at 8:00 a.m. at Golden Hall if they did not receive a new notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate all candidates in the morning ceremony. If this is not possible, candidates will be scheduled for the afternoon ceremony.
