U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of State (DOS) invited interested stakeholders to participate in a teleconference on Monday, April 15, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss implementation of Pre-Adoption Immigration Review (PAIR) should the government of Ethiopia require PAIR in its adoption process.
In preparation of this upcoming change, USCIS is exploring ways to incorporate the PAIR requirement in the Form I-600 petition adjudication process in streamlined and meaningful way. Your experiences in the Ethiopian adoption process will greatly benefit this process.
