On January 29, 2011, the Office of Public Engagement invited stakeholders to "Enlace," a free Spanish-language only event where USCIS shared agency updates, a presentation titled "How Do I Help My Relative Become a Permanent Resident in the United States?", and had an open forum segment to respond to questions.
