U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited interested stakeholders to participate in a stakeholder engagement on Tuesday, November 3, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. (Eastern) titled “Draft Policy Guidance: Extreme Hardship.” During this listening session, USCIS provided an overview of the draft extreme hardship policy guidance that is currently available for public comment. Following the overview, stakeholders were invited to provide feedback on the draft guidance. Stakeholders were also reminded to submit comments on the guidance to ope.feedback@uscis.dhs.gov. The comment period closes on November 23, 2015.
