U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) invited you to participate in a national webinar on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. (Eastern) regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The webinar addressed questions from customers and stakeholders regarding the ACA and immigrant eligibility.
During this webinar, representatives from HHS provided an overview of the ACA, clarified ACA eligibility based on immigration status, indicated where to find local resources, and addressed common immigration-related questions regarding ACA eligibility.
